Goal Statement

I’m pursuing a career in Instructional Design and Technology within the hospitality and travel industry, where I can design engaging, practical learning experiences that help employees succeed and create exceptional guest experiences. I’m especially passionate about building technology-driven training that is interactive, accessible, and aligned with real operational needs. Through my academic training and hands-on projects, I’ve developed strong skills in instructional design, eLearning development, and evaluating training effectiveness.
